Signs your water filter needs service
Most purifiers need a basic check every 3–6 months and a full filter change every 9–12 months. Call a technician sooner if you notice any of these:

Clogged sediment or carbon cartridges, or a tired membrane, starve the tank.

Carbon filters are exhausted or bacteria are growing inside the tank.

Used consumables (sediment, carbon and mineral cartridges) are not covered after installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, misuse, or very high-iron water fed without a pre-filter.

How much does water filter service cost in Bangladesh?
A service visit inside Dhaka is ৳300 (৳200 while your purifier is under our warranty). Filter sets start from ৳1,700 and an RO membrane from ৳2,200. The technician confirms the total before any work.
Do you service all brands?
Yes. We service Heron, Sanaky, Lan Shan, Karofi, Wellsys, Deng Yuan, Kent, Pureit and other brands, including purifiers bought elsewhere.
How often should I service my water filter?
A basic check every 3–6 months and a full filter change every 9–12 months. Homes with high iron or sediment may need pre-filters changed more often.
Do you serve outside Dhaka?
Our technicians cover Dhaka city, Savar and Gazipur daily. Other districts are served by appointment — call us with your location.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You pay after the work is done, in cash or by mobile banking.
