RO repair

We find the real fault — not just the symptom

Many RO problems look alike. "No water" can be a dead adapter, a stuck solenoid valve, a blocked membrane or simply empty supply pressure. Replacing parts by guesswork costs you money and time. Our technicians test pressure, power and flow at each stage to pinpoint the cause before recommending a repair.

We carry the parts that fail most often — adapters, pressure switches, solenoid valves, check valves, flow restrictors, fittings and cartridges — so most repairs are finished on the first visit.

Our guarantee

Warranty on every service visit

  • 7-day workmanship warranty

If the same problem returns within 7 days of our visit, the technician comes back and fixes it free of charge.

  • Genuine parts only

Cartridges, membranes, pumps and adapters are new and genuine. Parts that carry a manufacturer warranty keep it.

  • Price confirmed first

The technician tells you the cost before replacing any part — you decide, with no surprise charges.

  • Pay after the work

No advance payment. Pay cash or by mobile banking once you have checked the water yourself.

Used consumables (sediment, carbon and mineral cartridges) are not covered after installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, misuse, or very high-iron water fed without a pre-filter.

RO water filter repair — FAQ

Why is my RO purifier not giving water?

The most common causes are clogged pre-filters, a failed adapter or pump, a stuck solenoid valve or no supply pressure. A technician can test each one in a few minutes.

Why does my RO pump keep running?

Usually the high-pressure switch or check valve has failed, or the tank has lost its air charge. Left unfixed, it wastes water and burns out the pump.

Is it worth repairing an old RO?

If the body and housings are sound, repair plus a fresh filter set usually costs far less than a new purifier. We will tell you honestly if replacement makes more sense.

Do repairs carry a warranty?

Yes — a 7-day workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranty on parts that carry one.
