A good installation protects your purifier for years
Most early purifier failures we see come from poor installation: kinked pipes, a feed line taken from the wrong tap, no pre-filter on high-sediment water, or a drain line that siphons back. Our technicians plan the position, connect the right inlet, set the drain correctly and test the system until it stops automatically.
Every purifier bought from us includes free installation in Dhaka and major cities. We also install purifiers bought elsewhere and move existing units when you shift home.

No advance payment. Pay cash or by mobile banking once you have checked the water yourself.
Used consumables (sediment, carbon and mineral cartridges) are not covered after installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, misuse, or very high-iron water fed without a pre-filter.

Yes, for purifiers bought from us — standard installation in Dhaka and major cities is included. For other purifiers installation starts from ৳500.
How long does installation take?
Most household installations take 45–90 minutes.
Do I need a power point?
RO and hot & cold purifiers need a nearby socket. UF purifiers work without electricity.
Can you install a purifier I bought online?
Yes, we install any brand. Have the purifier and its accessories ready when the technician arrives.
