Pay after the work
No advance payment. Pay cash or by mobile banking once you have checked the water yourself.
Used consumables (sediment, carbon and mineral cartridges) are not covered after installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, misuse, or very high-iron water fed without a pre-filter.

Do you repair UF and UV purifiers too?
Yes. We repair UF, UV, gravity and hot & cold purifiers as well as RO systems.
My iron filter still gives yellow water — can it be fixed?
Usually yes. The media or cartridge is saturated; we replace it and check whether a larger jumbo filter suits your water better.
Can a cracked filter housing be repaired?
Cracked housings should be replaced, not glued. We carry standard 10 and 20-inch housings.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs are finished in under an hour on the first visit.
