No advance payment. Pay cash or by mobile banking once you have checked the water yourself.
Used consumables (sediment, carbon and mineral cartridges) are not covered after installation. The warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, misuse, or very high-iron water fed without a pre-filter.

How often does a purifier need maintenance?
Every 3–6 months for a check-up and every 9–12 months for a full filter change. Heavy-use purifiers in offices may need monthly checks.
Will you remind me when service is due?
Yes. We record each visit and contact you before the next one is due.
Do you maintain purifiers in offices and schools?
Yes. We can schedule all purifiers in a building on one plan and visit on the same day.
What does maintenance cost per year?
For a typical household RO, two or three visits plus one filter set — roughly ৳2,300–4,500 a year depending on your water and purifier.
