7-Stage Purification Process
✅ Stage 1: Pre-Sediment Filter
Removes coarse and fine suspended particles, dust, and dirt, helping extend the life of subsequent filters.
✅ Stage 2: Pre-RO Carbon Filter
Eliminates chlorine, harmful organic chemicals, and pesticide residues. Also helps remove bad tastes and odors caused by organic impurities.
✅ Stage 3: Mesh Filter
Provides an additional layer of filtration to trap finer suspended impurities and protect the RO membrane.
✅ Stage 4: RO Membrane
Effectively removes dissolved salts, excess hardness, heavy metals like lead and mercury, pesticides, and microbial contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, protozoa, and cysts.
✅ Stage 5: UV Chamber
Provides an added layer of safety by inactivating any remaining bacteria, viruses, and parasites in the water.
✅ Stage 6: Post-RO Carbon Filter
Acts as a final polishing stage to enhance the taste and quality of the purified water.
✅ Stage 7: Carbitrap Filter
Ensures any residual loose carbon particles are removed, delivering clear, pure water.
Important Notes & Disclaimers
-
Test conditions: Input TDS ~750 ppm, turbidity <1 NTU, input water pressure ~10 psi, hardness ~300 ppm, at room temperature.
-
The Advance Alert System provides a notification approximately 15 days (or 15 pump-hours) before the end of the recommended filter life (around 275 hours of pump operation). Auto shut-off activates after this period if not serviced, ensuring no unpurified water is dispensed.
-
All water-contact parts are designed to meet international safety standards.
-
Assumes average daily usage of 20 liters for a typical family of 5 (approx. 4 liters per person per day).
-
Exceeds USEPA Germ Kill standards, removing up to 10 crore (100 million) bacteria and 1 crore (10 million) viruses from each liter of water.
-
Compared under test conditions, the purification efficiency over filter life was superior to comparable models like Kent Prime Plus and Aquaguard Enhance RO+UV.
-
Water output of approx. 6.5 to 7 liters under running water conditions, based on independent laboratory testing per NSF protocols and USEPA guidelines.
