RETURN/REFUND POLICY

At Water Filter Service Center, return and refund processes are completed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of claim approval. Customers may request a return or refund only in the case of a product defect or damage upon delivery, and such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product. All claims are subject to merchant approval after verification.
N.B: (All the clause can be modified/terminate by authority any time)

DELIVERY TIMELINE

At Water Filter Service Center, we ensure timely and secure delivery of all orders. For deliveries inside Dhaka, the estimated delivery time is within 5 working days, while for locations outside Dhaka, orders will be delivered within 10 working days. N.B: Delivery times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or courier delays. Customers will be contacted prior to dispatch to confirm availability, and we kindly request that accurate address and contact details are provided during checkout to ensure smooth delivery. Customer will bare the delivery charge (Except Water Purifier inside Dhaka Metro).

APPLICABLE LAW

The laws of Bangladesh shall apply and courts in Dhaka only shall have jurisdiction in respect of all the terms, conditions, and disclaimers. https://waterfilterservicecenter.com.bd has the right to make changes to the website and the terms, conditions, and disclaimers at any time and without information to the customers/users of the services/website of Water Filter Service Center.

DEFINITIONS

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from https://waterfilterservicecenter.com.bd are made pursuant to a shipment/dispatch contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier/courier.

SERVICE AND WARRANTY POLICY

Warranty 12-18 Months (vary on products), N.B: After installation, the electric parts will be our responsibility for this time.
RO (The first filter will be changed every 3 months and 2nd and 3rd will be changed every 6 months).
HFM (First filter will be changed in every 2 months and 2nd and 3rd will be changed in 1 Year).
